Returns, Exchanges & Refunds 


We pride ourselves on only offering the highest quality 4x4 products and accessories, and the service to match. Sometimes though, there can be situations where products need to be returned.

Our returns policy works on a 30 day time period, from when you receive your order.

Damaged Products

If you are concerned that your order may have been damaged in transit please take a photo of the damaged box asap with your smart phone or camera, do not open the box until you have contacted us.

If you have opened your order and notice that your order is in some way damaged, please take a photo of the damage and, with as much detail as possible, send it to us at the following email address returns@4x4downunder.com.au.

We will replace any of our products that arrive damaged as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Delivery

If we happen to send you incorrect products, we apologise in advance! Please call us as soon as soon as possible on 1300 76 86 41 and we will arrange to pickup the incorrect item and deliver the correct item ASAP. This will occur at no cost to you. 

Change of Mind / INCORRECT ORDER

You have 30 days in which to return your order due to change of mind or because the incorrect item was ordered.
- Return shipping fees will be at your expense.
- The returned item must be in it's unopened, undamaged, and original packaging.
- There may also be a re-stocking fee no greater than 20% of purchase cost, which will be determined once the item has been returned. We always strive to keep this at zero, or as low as possible.

As soon as the item has been returned and evaluated we will process your refund minus shipping and repackaging fees (where relevant).

Please note that if you placed an order using a Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) provider such as Afterpay, Zip, Humm, or Klarna, refunds will exclude the BNPL fee, which ranges from 2.5% to 11% of the purchase price depending on the provider. Unfortunately, we do not receive refunds on these fees from this finance companies, which is why we must deduct this amount from your refund.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

All our products are backed by their manufacturers warranty. Should you have any questions regarding individual warranties, please contact us or the manufacturer directly.

Payment of Refunds

Where a refund is necessary for any reason the funds will be transferred back to the original account that was used to purchase your order.
