Airbag Rear Suspension to suit Lifted Toyota Landcruiser Series 80 or 100 by Boss Air Suspension

The Boss Airbag Rear Suspension Kit is perfect for 80 or 100 Series LandCruisers with a 3″+ lift kit, designed for serious off-road adventures.

These heavy-duty airbags are rated at 2600lb (1186kg) per side and have been government-approved, tested up to 750psi. Manufactured entirely by Boss, they proudly carry our branding. Beware of unbranded alternatives, often imported from China by other companies.

On average, a dual cab ute will run between 15-45psi, depending on its load. With over 13,000 load assist kits sold across Australia, Boss airbags have been put to the test by 4WD enthusiasts, miners, tradies, tour operators, and used in agricultural vehicles, trailers, motorhomes — anywhere you can imagine.

For optimal performance, inflate your airbags just enough to achieve a level ride height. This allows your suspension to distribute the load evenly, preventing any single component from taking too much strain.
