20" EX2 LED Light Bar in Double Row from Narva

The Narva EX2 series of driving lights and light bars are purpose-built for the hands-on 4WD enthusiast, while also being a great fit for fleet and transport vehicles. With impressive beam performance, hassle-free installation, rugged construction, and extensive customisation options, the EX2 range lets you light the way your way.

Its advanced hybrid beam delivers a perfect balance of width and distance, giving you clear visibility without dark or hot spots—ideal for driving in low-light and off-road conditions.

A game-changing internal switching system (patent pending) eliminates the need for a wiring harness in most vehicles (relay required for negatively switched systems), making installation incredibly simple—no need to run wiring through the firewall.

Please Note: Some states and territories may require an in-cabin switch—please check local regulations.

Built tough for Aussie conditions, the EX2 range features IP68 and IP69K sealing, a hard-coated polycarbonate lens, durable composite brackets, stainless steel mounting hardware, and is backed by a 7-year manufacturer warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the single row and double row, and which should I choose?

The double row packs 36 x 5W CREE LEDs versus 18 in the single row, giving a beam reach of 638m versus 413m at 1 lux. If you are doing serious outback highway driving or fast open-track work, the double row's extra distance is a genuine advantage. The single row throws a wider beam relative to its size and sits just 71mm tall, which can be useful where clearance is tight. The double row is 94mm tall and 531mm wide, so check your mounting position before ordering.

Does the internal switching system mean I do not need a separate wiring harness?

On most positively-switched 4WDs, yes. Narva's patent-pending internal switching system connects directly to your high beam wire, so you only need three connections: positive to the battery, yellow trigger to the high beam wire, and negative. No loom through the firewall is required. Negatively-switched vehicles need an external relay. The included pigtail wiring lead handles most installs, check your vehicle's wiring type before you start.

What exactly comes in the box?

The 20" Double Row kit includes a black lens protector and pigtail wiring lead. It does not include a full wiring harness, as the internal switching system eliminates that requirement for most vehicles. If you have a negatively-switched system or want a dedicated relay circuit, you will need to source a harness separately.

Do I need an in-cabin switch, and is that a legal requirement in my state?

NSW and QLD currently require an in-cabin switch for aftermarket driving lights and light bars. Other states may also have specific regulations, so check your local road rules before fitting. The bar activates automatically with your high beam via the internal switching system, but if your state requires a separate in-cabin switch, that will need to be added to the circuit.

Where can I mount this, will it suit a bull bar, roof rack, or bonnet mount?

The 20" double row is 531mm wide and 94mm tall, making it compatible with most standard bull bar top rails and roof rack crossbar mounts. It includes composite brackets and stainless steel hardware with Allen-key beam adjustment. Confirm your bull bar's top rail width and internal clearance before ordering. Bonnet-mount configurations are not supported.

What does IP68 and IP69K actually mean for real off-road use?

IP68 covers continuous submersion, and IP69K covers high-pressure, high-temperature wash-downs. In practice, the sealing is designed to handle harsh off-road exposure, including creek crossings, mud, red dust and wash-down conditions when correctly installed. The hard-coated polycarbonate lens also resists UV degradation and gravel strikes, which matters when pushing through scrub or running on corrugated outback roads.

What is the power draw and will it stress my vehicle's wiring?

The 20" double row draws 7.2A at 13.5V on a 12V system, or 3.5A at 28V on a 24V system. That is a moderate load, well within what standard aftermarket wiring can handle. If you are running multiple accessories, calculate your total draw to make sure you are not overloading the circuit.

What does the 7-year warranty cover and how is it claimed in Australia?

Narva backs the EX2 range with a 7-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The IP68 and IP69K ratings are designed to protect against water and dust ingress under normal use when the unit is correctly installed, but warranty claims are still assessed by Narva based on installation, condition and use.

If you have a question we’re here to help, and if we don’t know the answer we’ll tell you and then do our absolute best to find the answer for you. We’re also here to guide you to the best possible outcome for you. A lot of stores will simply try to up-sell you on the most expensive option. That’s not how we operate. 4x4 Down Under is built on honesty and integrity. For example when you make a purchase with us we only charge your account once we confirm the product is ready for dispatch. Although we like to guarantee everything on our store is available we’re not perfect and mistakes do happen. If something turns out to not be available we’ll let you know immediately and you have the option to cancel your order or wait for more stock to arrive. Should you not want to wait the order is voided, and there’s no waiting a week to get your money back (it’s instant!).

Aussie and Proud!

We're Australians, and we like to support our fellow Australians, which is why all our products are sourced locally from the official Australian distributors. Nothing is imported directly and we don't stock any grey imports. This also means that all manufacturer warranties are fully honored by the brands themselves.

No Sales Gimmicks

When you shop at 4x4 Down Under you don’t have to worry about:
  • Annoying and dishonest ’Sales Timers’ that simply reset every few hours and are there to coerce you into buying.
  • Dishonest “low stock” labels, another coercive sales gimmick.
  • False “John just bought a…” alerts. Our customer alerts (bottom left) are 100% true and we're proud of them.
  • Being bombarded by trust badges and labels everywhere you look that mean nothing.
  • We don't spam! Your information is safe with us. It will never be shared or sold, or used to fill your inbox with garbage.
