Yes. Unlike the larger 20" bars that include only a pigtail, the 10" licence plate kit includes a full fused wiring harness. It uses three connections: Red (positive), Yellow (high beam trigger), and Black (negative). Most 4WDs can be wired up without sourcing any additional components.

Yes. The EX2's internal switching system connects to your high beam circuit via the yellow trigger wire, activating the bar automatically when you switch to high beam. On most positively-switched vehicles no relay is needed. Negatively-switched systems will require a relay.

NSW and QLD require an in-cabin switch for aftermarket driving lights. Check your local road rules to confirm requirements in your area. If required, the included wiring harness supports integration of a separate in-cabin switch.

At 1 lux, 284m is the distance where the beam is just detectable, usable light extends well beyond 150m in real-world conditions. For bush tracks, property use, and supplementary forward lighting on touring rigs, the 10" punches well above its size. If you need serious outback highway performance at speed, the 20" bars are more appropriate. But as a low-profile addition behind a number plate, this bar gives meaningful extra reach over stock headlights.

As a supplement to your existing high beams, yes, the 10" adds meaningful reach and fills the lower beam area. Narva backs the 10" EX2 with a 7-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
